DonJC processes personal data of people who use donjc.com. This document explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

DonJC, operating donjc.com. For privacy enquiries, use the support channels published on the site.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email and phone number (WhatsApp) at sign-up.
• Order data: the link or username of the public profile the service is delivered to, the quantity ordered and the order status.
• Payment data: handled entirely by the payment gateways (MercadoPago, ePayco, Bold). We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and analytics.

3. Why we use it

• To process and deliver the services you order.
• To send order status notifications and verification codes by WhatsApp or email.
• To handle support requests and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the platform.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. We never ask for your password

We only need the public link or username of your profile. DonJC never asks for your social media password and you should never give it to anyone claiming to act on our behalf.

5. Who we share data with

Only what is strictly necessary, with: the providers that fulfil the service, payment gateways, our WhatsApp messaging provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data for advertising.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active; billing data for as long as accounting rules require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, through our support channels. We reply within the periods set by applicable law (in Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012).

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control and secure development practices. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Minors

The platform is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
